About the Project
We partnered with agency Stupid/Brilliant to help pFriem Beer translate the elegance and premium quality of their seasonal and limited bottled beers to an equally premium 16oz can design. Labelling the cans was logistically necessary due to the vast variety of styles pFriem produces. But still, they sought an innovative look. We proposed a simple design with a single printed matte black can, complete with an articulate, branded “pFriemscape” of Pacific NW flora and fauna. A bright thin cigar band distinguishes each style of beer for easy identification at retail.
